A name or place entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. Los Alamos County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

Los Alamos County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to LAPD Records, the Los Alamos courts, the New Mexico Department of Public Safety State Central Repository, and the New Mexico DPS Sex Offender Registry. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and disclosure practices govern information entered there. Those choices are beyond this website's control, so review the provider's terms before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to LAPD and Los Alamos County pages, New Mexico court portals, state agencies, legal-service resources, and outside search tools. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy policy governs. Review it before giving that service personal information.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
